Under a certain pressure, the diffusion rate of nitrogen and oxygen in the air on the carbon molecular sieve is quite different. In a short time, the oxygen molecules are absorbed by the carbon molecular sieve in a large amount, and the nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase to achieve the separation of oxygen and nitrogen. Since the oxygen adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve varies significantly with pressure, reducing the pressure can desorb the oxygen molecules adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, so that the carbon molecular sieve can be regenerated and reused. Adopting two adsorption tower processes, one tower for adsorption and nitrogen production, one tower for desorption and regeneration, alternating cycles and continuous production of high-quality nitrogen.
